A web site does not have to includes the latest technologies and plugins. In fact, I believe the best web sites are those that load quickly, are cleanly designed and easy to navigate.
As a freelancer I have less overheads than businesses and am able to offer a professionally designed site for a fraction of the price charged by agencies.
I aim to create clean, effective sites that compliment your existing company branding. I am proficient in HTML and can ensure that the code works for both Macs and PCs. When coding your website I will include META tags which will contain key words to describe your company and the products/services that you offer. This, along with other search engine optimization techniques, gets you the rankings you need to be highestt in the search engine results.
There is no point having a site that users cannot access or navigate around without getting lost. Information architecture is the 'practice of organizing and interrelating content so the reader remains oriented and gets answers.' I can help definine your business and user requirements then produce a sitemaps and wireframes to help you visualise the site before spending money on the design and build stage.
